Ferro-alloy industrial exhaust gas mainly contains carbon monoxide and hydrogen, below are typical gas composition.

If these exhaust gases can be effectively utilized, it can reduce energy consumption or high industrial electricity costs for production enterprises. In the current trend of environmental protection, it is also a very good choice. Its electricity can be used for equipment in the factory area, as well as for backup energy storage or office area electricity. At present, small electricity generation is the main focus in power generation. However, with the continuous development of enterprise scale, the amount of exhaust gas generated increases.  Dismountable intake-valve-box, which means can clean TAR easily and conveniently (no need disassembling of cylinder head).
• Low-speed engine makes the noise lower. The maximum noise ≤100dB. Through silencer, the noise will be ≤70dB.

The exhaust gas (FOF) generated during the production of ferroalloys in a submerged arc furnace is mainly composed of CO, as well as a small amount of H2, CO2, etc. Carbon monoxide (CO) gas is formed due to the presence of carbon in the reducing agent. If the reducing agent contains volatile hydrocarbons, hydrogen gas (H2) will be formed. In the past, the exhaust gas from submerged arc furnaces was usually discharged after direct combustion. However, now it can be generated through efficient gas internal combustion engines, while utilizing the heat energy of high-temperature flue gas to efficiently and fully utilize energy.
