Industrial Exhaust Gas Generator Set is used for gas exploitation with high hydrogen content and high carbon monoxide content. The genset is fully optimized and design based on the basic genset. Gas genset adopts innovative modular design concept. It is divided into engine, alternator and common base three modules.
The engine adopts double turbocharging and double intake technology, and it is specially designed for hydrogen-containing generator set featuring reliable structure and safety operation. After the optimization of the double turbocharging, higher efficiency enables more efficient turbocharging pressure, so the genset operation power and efficiency will be definately improved. The product has the features of high efficiency, low energy consumption, and low emission, etc.. The genset core control system components are all fully automatized, including Air-Fuel Control System, Speed Regulating System, and Ignition System, etc.. Product quality is extraordinary reliable, and these are already widely applied on gas generator sets. Power genset combines advantages of high-performance engine, core control components and advanced gas genset control system, and it has been highly recognized by clients on the market.

Under the condition that the gas source and operating environment meet the requirements, the maximum power of the genset is 1000KW.

• Dismountable intake-valve-box, which means can clean TAR easily and conveniently (no need disassembling of cylinder head). |
• Low-speed engine makes the noise lower. The maximum noise ≤100dB. Through silencer, the noise will be ≤70dB. |
